Order confirmation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us or one of our brand partners that you have purchased the item from.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
